Fleet Systems Administrator

Brisbane (L0004), QLD, AU

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the key focus of this role will be to manage the administration tasks associated with the AMT Asset Maintenance System.

 

This position will be based in our Brisbane office.

 

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

General:

  • Routinely audit AMT to ensure AMT Standards and Procedures are being followed
  • Provide AMT support and training to all AMT users
  • Prepare Monthly report data 
  • Fleet Administration
  • Reconciling Minor tooling with Sites CMS tooling systems
  • PPSR / Asset transfers 
  • Employee / Labour Administration
  • Update Rolling Idle Usage profiles
  • Reconciling of FAR against "Real" assets 
  • Document control and management 
  • Assisting with Budget back loading re-forecasting, alignment of costs and strategy Tasks  
  • Maintain the AMT Dashboard for all positions
  • Warranty Tracking and Reporting
  • Support the Tyre Management System and run reports as needed

 

Productivity & Teamwork:

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide technical knowledge to improve efficiencies
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet objectives, measures and targets
  • Assist in the development and review of a training matrix for AMT users to ensure a pool of skilled employees is available
  • Identify workplace issues and resolve them in a timely manner

 

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Advanced computer proficiencies particularly with ERP systems, preferably AMT
  • Business Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as unsupervised
  • Willing to complete a preemployment medical
