Maintenance Site Administrator – Saraji Mine


HSE is a specialist provider of large-scale mining services to Australia’s resources sector. In addition to providing earthmoving and other contract mining services, HSE provides heavy equipment rental to mining sites with its fleet of large-scale and ancillary earthmoving and excavating machinery.


We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Site Administrator to join the Saraji Mine team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance system operates to meet the needs of the company is the Asset Management area.


Key aspects of this role include:

  • Manage the day to day running of the AMT Systems, including user security, Asset creation, maintenance task creation and other administration tasks
  • Act as first point of call for problem with AMT with Vender
  • Manage the financial set up of all assets in AMT
  • Manage the monthly depreciation process within AMT for pass off to SAGE
  • Undertake plant cost report
  • Undertake Plant monthly KPI reporting
  • Assist in developing appropriate company rules for the ongoing financial management of assets
  • Forecast annual depreciation requirements for budgeting and cash flow purpose
  • Identify and submit recommendations to the Plant Maintenance Manager on areas for cost reduction
  • Report on site financial performance versus budget targets and assist in developing target as required


In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

  • Thorough knowledge and experience in plant financial management and reporting
  • Understanding of accounting and financial practices
  • Competent on full range of Microsoft programs
  • Experience in Financial systems used for capital intensive industry
  • Current open driver’s license
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or relevant experience in role
  • Current Coal Board Medical, desirable.
