Maintenance Coordinator – Saraji

 

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for C and D Crews to assist Field and Workshop Supervisors manage maintenance activities. Successful candidates will raise AMT workorders ensuring data accuracy and feedback are correct and of a high standard, manage AMT downtime events in real time.
 

These are Level 3 wage positions, working a 7/7 day/night rotating roster.


Key aspects of this role include:

  • Monitor and produce maintenance schedules incorporating machine hours, service estimates and component Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan.
  • Ensure all records, logs, workorders, purchase requisitions, timesheets etc. are accurately completed at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate regularly with Supervisors to determine emerging issues and to resolve those issues where it is within your ability and authority.
  • Conduct all business dealings in an open and honest manner. In line with the Swire values.
  • Following company purchasing guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Mine Safety Management Plan and Statutory Safety requirements.
  • Actively participate in continual improvement activities, identifying opportunities and developing action plans for implementation where these are within your authority.

 

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

  • Trade qualification with extensive experience in the maintenance of mining plant.
  • Well-developed computer skills.
  • Work planning and scheduling skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge across a comprehensive range of mining plant models.
  • High level of personal integrity and ethics.
